We are looking for a **Scale Operator** to support our operations in **Ipaussu - SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * Work as a platform operator, performing road and rail loading and unloading of fuels, conducting product analyses, and acting in HSE—Health, Safety, and Environment. * Provide support in scale maintenance, performing minor repairs, adjustments, and organizing the area. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * High school diploma. * Basic Office Suite skills. * Availability to work in any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts—morning, afternoon, night) and on 5x1 or 6x1 schedules as required by the department. * Experience in the field will be a differentiator. * Must reside in Ourinhos, Canitar, Irapé, Chavantes, Ipaussu, or Bernardino de Campos. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you progress): * Registration—completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical conversation to learn more about the daily routine and challenges.
