Follow our job openings and apply today. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform laboratory analyses of processes (manufacturing) and products (raw materials, packaging, and finished goods) through specific tests on samples, in compliance with company-established procedures and total quality concepts, aiming to control raw material quality and product quality during or after production; * Act promptly in evaluating or blocking products in coordination with quality controllers; * Record data accurately; **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or related fields. We are looking for a **Quality Control \& Laboratory Assistant** to join the Sucrose Laboratory team in **Ipaussu\-SP**. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * Perform sugar cane sample collection using equipment such as probes and fiber separators in the disintegrator, following standard operating procedures. * Ensure proper handling and transportation of samples, respecting criteria for integrity and representativeness. * Handle buckets with an approximate weight of 12kg, ensuring safe ergonomic practices and accident prevention. * Support the laboratory's operational flow, contributing to the speed and organization of the analysis process. * Carry out the sampling stage without direct involvement in the laboratory analysis of collected materials. * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of equipment used in sample collection. * Report any deviations or irregularities observed during the sampling process. * Collaborate with the technical team to ensure compliance with established deadlines and quality standards. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed Elementary Education; * Technical Course in Sugar and Alcohol, Chemistry, or related fields will be a differentiator; * Familiarity with Office Suite; * Availability to work in shifts and on a 5 x 1 schedule; * Reside in the Ipaussu SP region. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be others, and you will be informed if you progress): * Registration \- completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR Interview \- a conversation for us to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical conversation to further discuss daily activities and challenges.
