**Responsibilities and Duties*** Achieve sales, margin, financial services, and telemarketing targets, applying the company’s commercial policy in day\-to\-day activities;
* Perform cash register operations;
* Gain in\-depth knowledge of the market in which you operate and of the products you sell;
* Delight and serve customers in a personalized and consultative manner (from initial approach, product demonstration, negotiation, payment, and product delivery);
* Maintain organization and arrangement of store sections, and clean products and displays;
* Manage the customer service process, perform section signage, and operate required systems;
* Contribute to activities across all store departments, aiming to achieve the store’s overall targets.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* High School Diploma (preferred);
* Minimum 6 months of experience;
* Advantage: experience in customer service activities;
* Flexible availability regarding working hours;
* Must be over 18 years of age.
