Job Summary: Manage the flow of products and materials, ensuring receipt, inspection, and storage, and coordinate distribution and warehouse organization to optimize operations. Key Highlights: 1. Perform inventory control and optimize warehouse layout Efficiently manage the flow of products and materials, ensuring proper receipt, inspection, and storage in the warehouse. Coordinate the distribution of items for shipment, and strategically organize the warehouse to optimize movement of stored and incoming items. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **\- RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS :** · Receive and inspect delivered products and materials; · Verify compliance with purchase orders and associated documents; · Record relevant information about received products. **\- STORAGE :** · Organize and store products in inventory according to established standards; · Maintain control over the inflow and outflow of goods. **\- DISTRIBUTION :** · Prepare and ship products per requests or orders; · Ensure accuracy in picking and packaging items for shipment; · Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure efficient delivery. **\- INVENTORY CONTROL :** · Conduct periodic inventories to verify physical stock levels; · Identify and report discrepancies in inventory levels. **\- WAREHOUSE ORGANIZATION :** · Maintain a clean and organized warehouse; · Optimize warehouse layout to facilitate movement and location of products. · Ensure integrity and safety of stored products. **\- COMMUNICATION :** · Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure integrated management; · Report issues, such as damaged or missing items, to responsible personnel. **\- PLANNING AND CONTROL :** · Develop plans to optimize product flow and ensure merchandise availability according to demand. **\- PROCESS IMPROVEMENT :** · Verify documentation and product delivery compliance; · Plan time according to cargo loading schedule; . Identify and implement improvements in operational processes.
