Description
Perform activities related to receiving, inspection, storage, control, dispatch, and customer service for materials, in accordance with company standards and procedures. Record material inflow and outflow movements. Operate self-propelled powered equipment for cargo handling.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Load and unload materials from trucks;
* Receive, store, and handle materials using appropriate equipment;
* Perform storage, organization, preservation, and cleaning tasks for materials and the warehouse;
* Provide customer service at the warehouse counter;
* Conduct inventory counts;
* Issue material outbound invoices;
* Separate materials for return;
* Check expired items and monitor expiration dates;
* Record material service completions in the system;
* Control and inspect materials delivered by suppliers;
* Organize material storage in designated locations;
* Receive, issue, and archive material movement documents;
* Complete equipment inspection, operation, and maintenance checklists;
* Issue material requisitions;
* Receive returned supplies;
* Maintain up-to-date computerized material management systems with accurate records of material inflows and outflows.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* **Driver's license (Class B);**
* **NR 11; \- Forklift operator certification;**
* Experience in logistics or warehouse operations;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
