Main Responsibilities: * Restock merchandise on shelves, ensuring product availability in-store; * Check product expiration dates to guarantee quality and safety of items on our shelves; * Maintain warehouse and display area organization, providing customers with a pleasant and convenient shopping experience; * Respond to customer requests, delivering excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction; * Assist with product pricing and labeling, ensuring accuracy and transparency of information provided to customers; * Monitor and control inventory levels, reporting restocking needs to immediate supervisors to support process efficiency. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently; * Basic computer literacy; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
