We are seeking a professional to ensure the execution of all warehouse and distribution operation processes, safeguarding the quality of stored products and ensuring efficient and timely delivery. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Analyze shift workload demand, generating and implementing adjustments as needed; * Coordinate the work team by assigning tasks, providing guidance, monitoring employee performance, maintaining motivation, and offering necessary support; * Analyze departmental work processes, identifying opportunities for improvement; * Analyze performance results of the area under responsibility, identifying root causes of process failures and waste, developing preventive or corrective action plans to contribute to continuous process improvement, increased productivity and quality, as well as reduced losses and costs; * Support management in Human Resources department procedures related to personnel administration; * Monitor, analyze, and modify transportation methods to maximize efficiency gains; * Authorize product transportation, immediately resolving any issues as they arise; * Interface with product management, production operations, information technology, sales, and customers to discuss and enhance logistics management; * Support transportation negotiations by providing cost analysis, route analysis, and alternative route options. #### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of Project Management and the PDCA methodology; * Willingness to travel. #### **Benefits:** Alelo Personal Support Company vehicle Meal voucher Total Pass EBD University EBD Store
