We seek a versatile and organized professional to work as an **Administrative Assistant (Temporary Employee)**, temporarily supporting various departments and ensuring operational continuity, adherence to deadlines, process quality, and efficient service to internal and external customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Support administrative and operational routines of the company; * Organize documents, spreadsheets, systems, and reports; * Act as a temporary employee (fill-in), providing temporary coverage across different departments; * Perform cashier, shipping, warehouse, label printing, and order entry into the system; * Ensure compliance with deadlines, operational procedures, and quality standards; * Support leaders, managers, and other departments as needed; * Replace employees during vacations, days off, or absences; * Maintain ethical conduct, collaboration, and results orientation. **Basic Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration or related fields currently underway is desirable). * Knowledge of administrative routines and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Location: Avenida Brasil, 424, Iguaçu.
