Job Summary: Responsible for entering and retrieving information from management systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance across various areas, and monitoring equipment and consumables. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment 2. Monitor management systems, pool equipment, and consumables 3. Ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers Enter data into maintenance management systems, such as: SIM (Integrated Maintenance System), equipment automation systems, internet, etc., to complete work orders. Retrieve information from maintenance management systems, such as: SIM (Integrated Maintenance System), equipment automation systems, internet, etc., to proceed with necessary corrections. Complete daily shift routine checklists. Comply with standards and procedures to meet requirements for internal and external audit approvals. Perform civil construction-related activities, whether corrective or preventive, following company procedures to ensure optimal functionality. Perform painting-related activities, whether corrective or preventive, following company procedures to ensure optimal functionality. Keep maintenance areas clean and organized. Maintain pool equipment operation by monitoring Total Alkalinity, pH, and Chlorine levels in pool water within ideal parameters. Monitor consumables, such as electricity, water, gas, etc., for the property, reviewing daily measurement reports to identify system failures and reduce costs. Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for managerial follow-up. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the property’s machines, equipment, and tools—whether mechanical, hydraulic installations, gas systems, civil constructions, or others—to ensure optimal functionality. Turn on and off the condominium’s lighting. Respond to resident apartments and departments upon request, resolving incidents to ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and ensure safety during task execution.
