Check out the opportunity we are offering: ***Field Support Technician*** Type of opportunity: CLT; Model: On-site \- Indefinite term; Work near Ipatinga/MG * Monday to Friday \| Business hours. \***Responsibilities\*:** * Perform diagnostics, corrective and preventive maintenance on computers and notebooks. * Replace and install hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, screens, keyboards, cards, etc.). * Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate tools. * Provide on-site technical support to users for IT incidents related to hardware and software. * Log and update service tickets in internal support systems. * Conduct functionality tests after repairs and issue technical reports when required. * Perform technical visits according to schedule or emergency demand. * Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with safety standards. ***Requirements and Qualifications*****:** * Proven experience as a Support Technician, IT Technician, or similar role. * Solid knowledge of computer and notebook hardware. * Must own a vehicle (car) and hold a valid driver's license; * Willingness to travel (minimum one week); * Willingness to travel over 300 km.
