Join us and help shape the future in an environment of growth and success. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue product and service invoices; * Verify orders, contracts, and billing-related data; * Calculate taxes applicable to invoices; * Monitor incoming and outgoing merchandise; * Cancel and correct invoices when necessary; * Organize and archive tax documents; * Monitor billing deadlines and processes; * Support finance, sales, and accounting departments; * Verify tax treatments according to current legislation; * Issue payment slips and track payments related to billing; * Perform entries in ERP systems; * Prepare billing reports and departmental performance indicators; * Ensure compliance of customers' tax and registration information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting; * Proficiency in accounting systems; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of electronic invoice issuance (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e); * Basic knowledge of taxation and taxes; * Experience with ERP systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to analyze and verify tax documents; * Prior experience in billing is a plus. **Additional Information** * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
