Location and Work Schedule: * Coronel Fabriciano/MG (on-site); * Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. As an Educational Assistant, your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting pedagogical activities; * Providing comprehensive in-classroom support to students with disabilities, global developmental disorders (including ASD), learning disorders, high abilities/giftedness, and INSS beneficiaries; * Assisting in mediating pedagogical activities while respecting adaptations and resources specified in individualized educational plans; * Supporting and accompanying students with disabilities in meeting their physical and learning needs, and contributing to their development and acquisition of competencies; * Supporting the use of accessibility resources and assistive technologies, where applicable; * Acting ethically, respectfully, and confidentially, fostering welcoming attitudes and appreciation of diversity within the school environment; * Accompanying more than one student simultaneously, when the nature of their specific needs permits, ensuring quality of support provided. 2512110202491799713
