Job Objective Responsible for managing and executing the leisure area construction works of high-end developments, ensuring quality, schedule, cost control, and excellence in finishes. Main Responsibilities * Manage the execution of leisure areas within developments, such as: * Swimming pools; * Gourmet areas; * Gyms; * Party halls; * Playgrounds; * Landscaping; * Communal areas; * Entrances and urban furniture. * Monitor physical and financial schedules; * Coordinate in-house and third-party teams; * Perform contractor measurements; * Ensure finish standards and execution quality; * Integrate architectural and complementary projects; * Supervise suppliers and service providers; * Control materials, equipment, and productivity; * Prepare construction reports and daily logs; * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards; * Support technical handover and post-construction activities. Requirements * Completed degree in Civil Engineering; * Active CREA registration; * Experience in high-end construction projects; * Experience in construction management and fine finishes; * Knowledge of reading and integrating technical drawings; * MS Project and AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
