We are looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst, whose mission will be to support and monitor compliance with regulatory standards applicable to Payment Institutions, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal company requirements. This professional will support the Compliance Program guidelines, including provisions of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and privacy and information security regulations, contributing to risk mitigation, strengthening of internal controls, and consolidation of a culture of ethics, integrity, and compliance. **Job Responsibilities:** Monitor and interpret regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), the National Monetary Council (CMN), the Federal Revenue Service, COAF, the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), and other regulatory bodies; Ensure compliance with internal policies, especially those related to AML/CFT, Risk Management, Information Security, Privacy and Data Protection, and Compliance; Handle communications and official correspondence with the Central Bank, CGU, Federal Revenue Service, ANPD, and other regulatory entities; Participate in regulatory risk, compliance risk, and privacy risk assessments, focusing on mitigating legal, operational, and reputational impacts. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Law Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Compliance or Internal Controls within a payment institution, fintech, or financial institution supervised by the Central Bank is desirable; Prior experience in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, governance, and LGPD; Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Preferred Qualifications:** CPC-A, CPC-C, or AML/CFT certification (FEBRABAN, ACAMS, or equivalent); Experience with regulatory alignment projects (e.g., new BCB Resolutions or regulatory updates). **COMPENSATION & Benefits:** **Compensation:** To be discussed Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher Meal and Food Vouchers Health and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Day Off Cactvs Educa (50% scholarship) Clude
