We are looking for a **MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR** to join our team! We seek a proactive professional with strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and experience managing maintenance teams and processes—ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and asset availability. * **Work Location: Ipatinga/MG** * **Employment Type: CLT Permanent \- On-site** * **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, administrative hours** **Your Responsibilities:** * Coordinate mechanical and electrical maintenance team activities. * Plan and control preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for the fleet comprising diesel and light vehicles. * Manage work orders, schedules, and resources to ensure high vehicle availability. * Supervise spare parts and supplies inventory control. * Monitor performance indicators (maintenance KPIs). * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Interface with suppliers and service providers. * Participate in audit processes and ensure technical and documentary compliance. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred). * Proven experience in diesel vehicle maintenance. * Knowledge of team management and operational leadership. * Familiarity with cost control and maintenance planning. * Proficiency in performance indicators (maintenance KPIs). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Driver's license Category B. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in transportation companies * Driver's license Category D **What We Offer:** * Salary \+ Operational Performance Bonus * Meal Allowance * Medical and Dental Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing * Life Insurance **Join our team!** **\#BECOMEASEDAY
