CENIBRA seeks individuals who bring energy and innovation and are motivated to work in a diverse and constantly evolving environment, open to sharing and learning. **Responsibilities and duties** ### **Responsibilities of the Forest Leader** Responsible for guiding, assigning, and verifying tasks performed by teams of forest workers, tire tractor operators, motorized equipment operators, and machine operators, aiming to achieve production targets while complying with the guidelines of the Quality, Environment, and Forest Certification Management System. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead field operations of silviculture teams. * Control and ensure the production volume and quality of silvicultural operational activities according to Technical Recommendations. * Monitor and manage resources used in field silvicultural activities. * Promote and safeguard the safety and health of team members under their leadership. * Act as leader of fire prevention and firefighting teams when necessary. * Apply technical concepts in activities, as well as take actions required for the maintenance and improvement of the QMS. * Ensure protection of company assets and physical integrity of employees. * Support and detect changes in the forest (planted, native, and harvested wood) to protect against incidents, anomalies, and asset damages.
