The 30-year management period includes planned investments exceeding R$9.5 billion and an estimated creation of 80,000 direct and indirect jobs. Among the main works outlined in the contract are the duplication of 134.27 km (27.83 km of remaining works and 106.44 km of new sections); 83 km of auxiliary lanes; and 51 alignment corrections. As stipulated in the contract, professional freight drivers will receive enhanced support starting February 2027, with the delivery of a Truck Driver Rest and Stop Area; and for emergency safety, an escape lane will be installed at a strategic location. The local population will also benefit from projects aimed at improving traffic volume assessment and surrounding infrastructure planning. The concessionaire will deliver 9.7 km of parallel roads, 20 pedestrian overpasses, and 166 bus stops.
