Responsible for performing calibrations on measurement instruments (gas detectors, pressure instruments, electrical instruments, temperature instruments, glassware, among others), following technical procedures, applicable standards, and defined quality criteria. Will be responsible for preparing, executing, and documenting calibrations in the laboratory or, when necessary, in the field. **Activities:** * Maintain 100% compliance and quality of scheduling up to date; * Perform evaluation and calibration of gas detectors at Metrominas facilities and, when applicable, at customer sites, according to specific procedures; * When applicable, perform maintenance on gas detectors at Metrominas facilities and/or at customer sites; * Keep the work environment organized; * Suggest revisions to procedures; * Carry out activities according to the Laboratory's Daily Schedule, keeping it updated; * Identify and record non-conformities, customer complaints, corrective actions, and suggest process improvements. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education (Industrial Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Chemistry or related fields); Driver's license category B is desirable; * Basic knowledge of measurement instruments, experience in equipment maintenance, and skill in handling fragile equipment is desirable; * Proficiency in Office suite and ease with software; * Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standard is desirable.
