**Job Description** **Content Producer Education Requirements:** Social Communication: \- Advertising and Public Relations \- Journalism \- Radio, TV and Internet \- Marketing **Competencies:** * Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding texts; * Advanced-level proficiency on social media platforms Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. * Creativity in creating Stories (using question boxes, polls, GIFs and other engagement tools provided by the platform); * Ability to research topics thoroughly before producing content; * Mastery of the Portuguese language; * Being organized, disciplined and highly committed to delivering work on schedule; * Ability to work collaboratively, as content production is only one part of the overall strategy; * Interest in technology and staying up-to-date with the latest trends. **Technical Skills:** * Understanding of how social media platforms operate and their distinct communication styles. For example, content for Reels differs from that intended for Feed. Moreover, metrics affecting post reach are updated very frequently. * Ability to adapt content across multiple platforms. Example: With appropriate adaptations, the same Reel can become a TikTok post and also a VT (video teaser) for the show. * Knowledge of Digital Marketing processes. * Ability to analyze metrics using Instagram’s native analytics tools to assess the performance of produced content and support decision-making. \* **Preferred Qualifications:**\* * Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator Responsibilities in the department:\*\* * Accompanying the team backstage during Sunday’s broadcast, including winner coordination, prize delivery and behind-the-scenes coverage; * Responding to YouTube comments on Sundays; * Creating Reels, Stories and TikTok content from behind the scenes; * Creating Reels as assigned by the Social Media Department; * Monitoring all content scheduled for posting by the Social Media Team; * Responsible for submitting content and related materials for posting via the Trello platform; * Responsible for submitting content and related materials for sponsorships via the Trello platform; Employment Type: Full-time CLT * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Schedule: * 8-hour shift Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work on weekends?
