Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing masonry, concrete, and other material works, building, renovating, or repairing buildings and structures using processes and tools relevant to the trade. We hold projects at various stages of the mining lifecycle—from greenfield development through to full-scale operations—and employ over 2,100 professionals nationwide, all committed to our purpose. Currently, we operate three iron ore mines in Minas Gerais: Baratinha and Mongais Mines, part of the Baratinha Complex, and Pedra Branca Mine. Our first iron ore operation, Baratinha Mine in the Vale do Aço region, commenced operations in 2014 and features a wet processing plant with an annual capacity of 2.5 million tons. In 2024, the Mongais Project entered operation, with a dry-processing production capacity of 1.5 million tons per year, increasing the Baratinha Complex’s total capacity to 4.0 million tons per year. In the municipalities of João Monlevade and Itabira (MG), the Pedra Branca Project began operations in the third quarter of 2025\. The project holds 130 million tons of resources, including 33 million tons of high-grade ore, and is expected to reach full-capacity production of 2.0 million tons per year, exclusively via dry processing. Additionally, Bemisa operates a pilot-scale gold project in Pará state, located in Água Azul do Norte near the Carajás polymetallic district. Developed from the greenfield stage, the project does not use tailings dams for waste disposal and employs predominantly local workers.
