Execution of store operational standards **Job Description – Store Operator** * Ensure correct product pricing in accordance with company-established procedures; * Assist in controlling returns of expired or damaged merchandise by processing system write-offs and requesting removal through the purchasing department; * Guarantee execution of store operational standards, including organization and layout maintenance; * Provide direct customer service at the point of sale (POS), supporting implementation of action plans; * Support and conduct promotional campaign sales; * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, verifying amounts for daily transactions; * Carry out cash withdrawal (cash bleed) under supervision of store leadership or store assistant; * Manage and verify fiscal invoices; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cash register area and sales floor sections. **Compensation, Benefits, and Work Schedule** * Salary: R$ 1\.694,60; * Full availability for work schedule required: closing shift; * Attendance bonus: R$ 300,00; * Meal benefit: provided on-site or meal voucher worth R$ 19.00/day (card); **Benefits** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Telemedicine; * Commuter allowance (vale-transporte) and van transportation; * Partnership with SESC; * Gym partnership; * Electricity bill discount (up to 25%); * Pharmacy network (discounts up to 35%); * Partnerships with educational institutions (discounts up to 70%); * Opportunity for professional growth.
