Participate in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety policies, aiming to ensure conditions that eliminate or reduce accident risks.

Participate in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety policies, aiming to ensure conditions that eliminate or minimize the risk of workplace accidents.

Requirements
**Education:** Completed technical education in Occupational Safety
**Skills:**
* Knowledge of **Regulatory Standards (NRs)**
* Experience with **safety inspections** and risk identification
* Development and management of **OSH documentation** (PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, APR, etc.)
* Monitoring of **PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) usage**
* Conducting **Daily Safety Talks (DDS)** and safety training
* Investigation and analysis of **accidents and incidents**
* Basic understanding of **labor and social security legislation**
* Basic Office suite proficiency (especially **Excel and Word**)
* Driver's license category B
* Willingness to travel
**Responsibilities:**
1\. Guide and coordinate the occupational safety system, investigating accident risks and causes; analyzing prevention schemes.
2\. Develop occupational safety and health standards and procedures.
3\. Inspect company premises, facilities, and equipment to identify accident risk factors and develop prevention schemes.
4\. Define and monitor PPE usage according to job role and regulatory recommendations to prevent accidents.
5\. Propose safety standards and devices, suggesting possible modifications to equipment and facilities while verifying compliance to prevent accidents and safety hazards.
6\. Inspect fire-fighting stations, examining hoses, hydrants, fire extinguishers, and fire protection equipment to identify and resolve potential operational issues.
7\. Report inspection results, preparing reports and proposing corrective and improvement actions.
8\. Investigate occurred accidents by examining incident conditions to identify root causes and propose appropriate measures.
9\. Record violations and compile accident statistics, implementing actions to minimize occurrences.
10\. Deliver, supervise, and prepare training programs such as: introductory training, safety regulations, fire-fighting, and other accident prevention measures.
11\. Coordinate the publication of occupational safety materials, preparing instructions and guiding the creation of posters and notices to promote and develop accident prevention habits.
12\. Organize, train, and support CIPA and SIPAT in their programs.
13\. Organize SIPAT and its events at Head Office.
14\. Monitor ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates) for Head Office and Branch employees together with the occupational health and safety service provider.
15\. Participate in occupational safety meetings, providing relevant data, presenting suggestions, and analyzing the feasibility of proposed safety measures to improve the existing system.

Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract
Salary: R$1.986,57 – R$3.484,40 per month
