If you’re seeking to accelerate your career in an environment full of opportunities—where “acceleration” means not only advancing in roles and responsibilities but also tackling constant challenges—don’t miss this chance! **Responsibilities and Duties**: **Responsibilities and duties** **Your main responsibilities** You will be a key point in the citizen’s experience, performing activities such as: * **Public service delivery:** greeting, guiding, and clarifying doubts about available services with empathy and clarity; * **Document screening and verification:** ensuring all information is accurate before forwarding; * **Processing requests:** assisting with form completion, data collection, and forwarding services such as ID cards (RG), driver’s licenses (CNH), and appointments; * **Administrative support:** updating records, organizing and archiving documents, and maintaining databases; * **Queue and appointment management:** organizing service flow to ensure agility and reduce waiting time; * **Problem resolution:** promptly and courteously resolving inquiries, escalating complex cases when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Good typing skills; * Prior experience in customer service is considered a plus. **Additional Information** **Compensation and Work Schedule** * **Salary:** R$ 1.621,00 **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday — 44 hours per week **Work location:** **Work location**: UAI Ipatinga: Av.
