




Job Summary: Professional to assist in various administrative activities, audits, billing, reception, and document and medical record filing. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support in audit and billing routines. 2. Customer, professional, and supplier service. 3. Documentation organization and archiving. Assist in various administrative activities of the branch, provide administrative support in audit and billing administrative routines, receive SAME documentation and provide operational support, identify, organize, and register document non-conformities for appropriate handling. Assist in assembling and preparing medical records for billing. Redirect accounts to the audit and billing department. Receive customers, professionals, visitors, and suppliers and redirect them to the responsible department. Answer telephone calls, resolve inquiries or forward them to the responsible department, record calls and messages. Perform physical filing of progress notes for active and inactive patients. Receive and verify professionals’ progress notes. Assist in Pharmacy department activities under the supervision of the responsible person.
