Clarification of basic questions from employees **Position: HR Department Assistant** **Opportunity Summary:** We are looking for an organized professional with strong attention to detail to support our HR department's administrative routines. You will be a fundamental support to ensure all labor-related processes are carried out within deadlines and in compliance with legislation. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Onboarding and Offboarding**: Assist in collecting, organizing, and verifying documents for new contracts or terminations. * **Work Schedule Control**: Record medical certificates, justifications, and assist in verifying electronic time clock records. * **Payroll**: Assist in payroll closing. * **Benefits Management**: Support enrollment and removal of benefits such as Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance, and Health Insurance Plans. * **Employee Support**: Clarify basic employee questions regarding payslips and labor rights. **What We Are Looking For (Requirements):** * **Education**: Completed high school (Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or Accounting is a plus). * **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of labor legislation; * **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on intermediate-level **Excel** for control spreadsheets.
