




**Description:** Supporting the Fertilizers and Chemical Gas Business Units. **Responsibilities:** * Supporting internal process audits within the management department. * Collecting and analyzing logistical and financial indicators, as well as monitoring cost trends. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Preparing presentations and organizing corporate events (critical analysis meetings and videoconferences). * Developing spreadsheets and charts, and handling internal data. * Tracking and controlling internal costs, and annual financial planning. * Annual inventory of fixed assets (Fixed Asset Inventory). * Leading monthly Critical Analysis Meetings (CAMs). * Managing and planning mandatory training for internal employees. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or Economics. **Additional Education:** MBA in Business Management or Logistics Management preferred. **Experience Required:** Minimum proven experience of over 7 years in related activities. **Mandatory Knowledge:** * Full capability to support internal management process planning, including actions to achieve goals and monitor task execution. * Thorough knowledge of the PDCA and 5W2H methodologies. * Thorough knowledge of administrative tools for processing logistical and financial indicators, as well as monitoring cost trends. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Power BI. * Ability to prepare presentations and organize corporate events (critical analysis meetings and videoconferences). * Ability to develop spreadsheets and charts, and handle internal data. * Intermediate knowledge of SAP. **Salary:** R$ 8\.072,36 **Benefits:** Meal allowance of R$ 42.00 per working day, dental plan, health insurance covering spouse and children up to age 21 (employee pays only co-payment), life insurance, TotalPass. **Work Location:** Remote (Home Office) **Work Regime:** 44 hours per week
