**Location:** Jundiaí-SP **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 08:30 to 17:06, and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 **Job description:** Analyze the demand assigned in E-Cargo “Cargo Scheduling” and identify the most viable alternative for executing road transportation demands; Analyze, using specific tools, the best partners focused on lowest cost and SLA compliance guarantee; Engage road transport partners according to demand; Register vehicle license plates and driver data assigned to the scheduling in the E-Cargo system, and formalize this information for the GR department; Send the collection order to the engaged carrier and to the requesting department; Support compliance with Risk Management rules as defined in PGRs (clients and/or Modern); Support monitoring of road operational contingencies; Collaborate with the monitoring team to ensure visibility of activated demand via system and email; Extract and analyze reports; Present monthly executed activities; Issue CT-e, Manifest, and Draft/AWB; Present KPIs; Schedule performance meetings with carriers; Attend meetings when requested by the manager; Assist in implementing systemic improvements; Support other departments. **Essential requirements:** Experience in road transportation operations and road-air operations; Knowledge of administrative and operational routines in the road transportation sector; Familiarity with types of transportation vehicles; Experience interacting with carriers, analyzing costs, available loads and their capacities; Experience in routine communication with drivers and service providers; Experience in routine communication with carriers’ operational departments and ensuring information visibility for internal departments. Knowledge of TMS; Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; Basic understanding of Risk Management rules; Intermediate knowledge of Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and Full Truckload (FTL) transportation.
