Review the details of this opportunity: **PURPOSE** Responsible for ensuring the efficient and uninterrupted operation of the company’s equipment, supervising and coordinating all maintenance activities—from defining and executing preventive and corrective strategies to proposing and implementing improvements in processes, systems, and applied technologies. The core objective of this role is to maximize asset availability and reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize operational costs. Play a strategic role in maintenance financial management, being accountable for controlling and optimizing the department’s budget. This includes critical analysis of maintenance investments, contract oversight, management of financial indicators (e.g., cost per hour, maintenance cost per asset), and decisions guided by economic efficiency. The role also ensures strict compliance with safety, environmental, and applicable regulatory standards, promoting a safe and productive workplace.
