Focus on student satisfaction and retention JOB MISSION Ensure pedagogical excellence at the Wizard unit by guaranteeing correct implementation of the network's methodology, continuous teacher development, and teaching-learning process quality, thereby contributing to student satisfaction and loyalty as well as the school's strategic outcomes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Pedagogical Management * Ensure faithful implementation of the Wizard methodology. * Plan, monitor, and evaluate the teaching-learning process. * Monitor pedagogical indicators (dropout rate, retention, performance). * Guarantee lesson quality and standardization of processes. Teacher Management and Development * Monitor performance through observations and feedback. * Promote ongoing pedagogical training. * Support lesson planning and use of teaching materials. * Integrate and train new teachers. Student and Parent Relations * Serve as the pedagogical reference point. * Monitor learning difficulties. * Participate in pedagogical meetings when necessary. * Responsible for re-enrollments. Support for Unit Management * Collaborate closely with administrative and commercial departments. * Support re-enrollment initiatives and pedagogical events. * Prepare pedagogical reports. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Languages, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Advanced or fluent English. * Teaching and pedagogical coordination experience. * Knowledge of language teaching methodologies.
