This professional will be responsible for developing and executing results-oriented strategies, with a focus on customer acquisition, brand strengthening, and increased market competitiveness. Responsibilities: * Plan, develop, and execute online and offline marketing strategies; * Lead, develop, and monitor the performance of the marketing team; * Analyze data, metrics, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making; * Identify growth opportunities and campaign optimization opportunities; * Manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI and efficiency; * Design customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty campaigns; * Monitor competitors and market trends in telecom/internet; * Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels; * Collaborate closely with commercial and operational teams. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role; * Strong analytical and data-driven profile; * Experience in digital marketing (paid traffic, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, etc.); * Experience managing teams and leadership; * Ability to plan and execute strategies focused on results; * Excellent communication skills and strategic business vision; * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
