




Job Summary: The Monitoring Attendant will provide high-quality telephone support, recording theft/robbery information, updating data, and managing tracking alerts. Key Highlights: 1. Structured and organized work environment We currently have an opening for the position of Monitoring Attendant at a company committed to delivering quality and excellence in customer service—24 hours a day, 7 days a week—serving as the best partner for our clients’ contact centers. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Providing telephone support to customers; * Recording and handling information related to theft and robbery; * Registering and updating data in the system; * Managing tracking alerts.
