Diagnose and resolve failures in equipment and systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and other devices. Install and configure equipment according to defined standards. Support the installation and maintenance of network points and structured cabling. Monitor local network connectivity and performance. Manage inventory of infrastructure equipment and materials. Update records of asset movement and status. Document procedures, configurations, and maintenance performed. Support preparation of technical reports and operational metrics. Follow security guidelines for use and maintenance of IT resources. Support implementation of backup and antivirus policies. Collaborate in infrastructure improvement or expansion projects. Participate in testing and validation of new technological solutions.
