We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position details:** Manage the after-sales team, including hiring, development, delivering feedback, and other management-related activities. Supervise consultants’ activities and performance, guiding the team toward effective issue resolution, active customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Maintain the portfolio of active customers through visits and providing necessary support. Control equipment retrieval from inactive customers who have no intention of resuming purchases, minimizing investment and maximizing equipment turnover. Prepare departmental reports on achieved results to improve management and variable compensation payments. Supervise changes to customer installations and equipment when consumption increases or decreases. Negotiate pricing and delivery terms for special customers to retain their active status.
