Ready to join this team? #VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and administer the butchery department, monitoring daily metrics and results; * Participate daily in recruitment, evaluation, and management of the butchery team; * Communicate daily with associates, providing sales guidance, goal tracking, and sector performance updates; * Ensure display and product assortment standards across all butchery counters (service, self-service, and island) throughout store operating hours; * Maintain equipment, machinery, utensils, and supplies within the department; * Oversee goods receiving, ensuring product quality; * Guarantee order and cleanliness throughout the butchery area (preparation room, customer service zone, equipment, meat display counters); * Deliver personalized customer service; * Ensure compliance with sanitary surveillance, food safety, and occupational safety procedures, including proper use of PPE. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school education. **Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old. **Experience:** Proven leadership experience in butchery roles; retail experience preferred. Knowledge of meat cuts, shelf life, and cold storage practices.
