The company aims to promote the emotional and mental well-being of its clients through effective therapeutic approaches. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for greeting customers, visitors, and employees courteously; handling telephone calls, providing information, and forwarding requests to the respective departments; monitoring entry and exit of personnel; managing schedules and appointments; receiving and distributing mail and documents; maintaining an organized reception area; and providing basic administrative support as needed. Tasks consistent with standard receptionist duties. Position based in Timóteo / MG. Previous experience as a Secretary, Telemarketing Operator, Customer Service Assistant, or Clinic Receptionist may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
