We are looking for a **Sales Supervisor** to join our super team at Lojas Renner! The **Sales Supervisor** is responsible for ensuring the customer enchantment process, supervising and guiding all store activities. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan, execute sales and attend customers; * Supervise, guide, develop and integrate the entire sales team, communicate technical rules and procedures established by the company, and disseminate the organizational culture; * Perform administrative routines related to store processes and employee management; * Lead teams and encourage the use of tools for managing store operations, people, digital tools, etc. **Requirements and qualifications** * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; * Experience leading retail teams in small, medium or large companies; * Availability for travel; * Passion for fashion and alignment with our business; * Comfortable using digital tools; * Experience in the fashion segment is desirable. **Additional information** **People with disabilities are welcome to apply for all our opportunities.** What excites you?
