Responsibilities: * Support administrative routines in the Human Resources department. * Carry out **employee onboarding and offboarding processes**, organizing documentation and system registration. * Assist with **electronic time tracking**, hour bank, medical certificates, and vacation management. * Support **payroll reconciliation**, benefits, and labor charges. * Support the administration of **benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.)**. * Provide support to employees for clarifying questions related to HR and Personnel Department. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields**. * Prior experience in the administrative field * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (especially Excel)**. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team * Proactivity and organizational skills
