The goal is for you to be prepared to **work as a developer**, and to have the chance to **grow with us**, in just a short period of time. The **Bootcamp is the preparation and selection phase** for our SysMap Excellence Full Stack Trainee Program; therefore, participating in this training is **more than taking a course** — it’s an **immersion in development**. With exclusive content aligned to market trends, you’ll prepare to become a **highly skilled professional**, ready to tackle real challenges and contribute to innovative solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of programming logic; * Basic knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: Java, Node.js, React, React Native, and JavaScript; * Basic knowledge of data structures / DBMS; * Graduated or currently enrolled in a technology-related undergraduate program or related field; * Availability to work remotely during business hours, with a 40-hour weekly schedule; * Minimum overall score of 60% on the Bootcamp selection process exam, and at least 50% in each section of the test. **Additional Information** Upon successful completion of the Bootcamp, if you achieve excellent performance across all modules and rank among the top participants, you may be invited to join our recruitment process and, upon passing interviews, be hired as a SysMap Trainee!
