Development of ethical behavior, responsibility, and commitment Undergraduate nursing interns support the nursing team by performing supervised practical activities across various clinical departments of the institution. The internship aims to provide technical-scientific and ethical-professional learning through hands-on experience with clinical and administrative processes, in accordance with current legislation and institutional guidelines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Consolidate, through observation and supervised practice, knowledge acquired throughout the undergraduate program; * Complement professional training by applying theoretical knowledge in outpatient and hospital environments; * Facilitate exposure to professional reality, promoting familiarity with the workplace and nursing routines; * Establish effective interaction between academic institutions and internship sites, contributing to continuous curriculum improvement; * Encourage analysis and application of new technologies, methodologies, and health work organization models; * Integrate essential knowledge, skills, competencies, and values required for ethical and qualified professional performance; * Foster development of ethical behavior, sense of responsibility, and professional commitment; * Promote sharing of practical experiences and reflections on healthcare delivery realities; * Assist in direct patient care activities, always under supervision of a qualified professional; * Support accurate documentation of information related to provided care; * Collaborate with the nursing team in technical procedures and routine clinical activities; * Participate in meetings, trainings, and other educational initiatives organized by the institution; * Adhere to biosafety, infection control, and patient safety protocols; * Maintain ethical conduct, professional confidentiality, and commitment to quality of care; * Report incidents clearly and responsibly to supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Nursing program; * Availability to fulfill the internship workload as specified in the activity plan; * Submission of a formal agreement document between the academic institution and the healthcare facility; **DESIRED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior participation in extension projects, scientific initiation programs, or academic leagues; * Prior familiarity with ANVISA regulations, RDCs, and clinical protocols; * Strong communication skills and initiative; * Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite). **Additional Information** **Meals:** Meal Allowance/Food Voucher worth R$ 14.30 per working day. **Internship Stipend:** R$ 800.00 **Transportation:** Transportation Voucher; Are you seeking more than just a job?
