




Job Summary: A professional to conduct A/B testing, data automation, dashboard development, and digital campaign optimization with a focus on performance. Key Highlights: 1. A/B and Multivariate Testing for Continuous Optimization 2. Data Automation via Webhooks and APIs for Efficient Integration 3. BI and Dashboard Development (Looker Studio/Power BI) **Responsibilities:** * You will be responsible for continuously conducting and managing **A/B tests**, multivariate tests, and organizing results in Sheets or Excel. * **Data Automation:** Create intelligent workflows via **Webhooks and APIs**, integrating our advertising sources with the CRM and spreadsheets. * **BI & Dashboards:** Build dashboards (**Looker Studio or Power BI**) that translate technical data into business decisions. * Creation and maintenance of **dashboards**. * **Tracking and Performance:** Support configuration and optimization of campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, ensuring tracking is 100% functional. * Implement and audit the Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and **Google Tag Manager (GTM)**. **Requirements:** * Clear and analytical communication; * Proactivity in proposing and executing solutions; * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail; * **Reside in Macaé or Rio das Ostras.** **Nice-to-have:** * Experience in digital marketing; * Knowledge of paid traffic platforms (Meta Ads and Google Ads); * Knowledge or experience with CRMs. **Benefits and Information:** * **Work Mode:** 100% On-site – Alphaville – Rio das Ostras * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, until 5:00 PM * **Compensation:** R$ 2,000 fixed + Meal Allowance Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Salary: R$2,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
