




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 Weekly Hours **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Organize and file company documents and information; * Manage the manager’s schedule of appointments and meetings; * Prepare financial and administrative control reports and spreadsheets; * Manage company inventory of materials and supplies; * Perform administrative support tasks, such as mail handling and email dispatch; * Enter invoices into the system; * Attend meetings and training sessions to update knowledge and skills. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Knowledge of administrative functions; * Computer literacy, especially Excel; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization and proactivity; * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with financial and accounting procedures; * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields; * Experience in administrative routines; * Knowledge of enterprise management systems; * Customer service training course. **Benefits:** Accommodation, Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), On-site Meals, Life Insurance
