Job Summary: Professional responsible for executing and monitoring warranty processes, directing requests to the factory, handling demands, and controlling deadlines with an analytical and communicative profile. Strong verbal and written communication skills **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Execute internal warranty-related processes (RG); * Direct requests to the factory; * Monitor responses from the vehicle manufacturer; * Handle goodwill claims where applicable; * Control deadlines and ensure proper progress of processes. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress acceptable); * Experience interfacing with management systems and process tracking systems (ERR); * Experience with warranty and quality processes; * Analytical profile with attention to detail and organization; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Commissions, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
