We seek a team of engaged professionals passionate about making a difference. **If, like us, you believe you can make a difference, join our team and grow with us!** Main Responsibilities: Advanced technical support and rollout activities Creation, maintenance, and updating of standard system images Administration of Windows environments and security policies Support and integration with Microsoft 365 Support for rollout and technology refresh projects IT asset inventory management and control High-complexity technical support and field team assistance Technical interface with business areas and stakeholders Mandatory Requirements: Advanced knowledge of Rollout Analyst activities Experience in creating and maintaining standard system images Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, or Autopilot Advanced Active Directory knowledge Creation and management of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) Basic PowerShell scripting BitLocker and security policies Integration with Microsoft 365 IT asset inventory processes Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of ITIL (incidents and change management) Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID ITSM tools (ServiceNow, GLPI, Jira, Freshservice) Asset Management Endpoint information security Behavioral Skills Technical leadership Communication with business areas Ability to train and guide analysts Conflict management with users and managers Risk awareness (timeline, impact, quality) Desired Experience: Participation in rollout or technology refresh projects Experience coordinating technical teams Work in medium- and large-scale corporate environments Experience managing projects with fixed deadlines **Employment Type: CLT \+ Benefits:** * Medical and dental plans. * Life insurance. * Meal allowance / Food voucher. * Transportation voucher. * Discount club. * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila. * Discounts on Positivo products. * University partnership. * And much more. **If you identify with this position and want to grow with Positivo S\+, apply now and join our team!** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
