





Description: Required: * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Knowledge of mining equipment; metrology; general mechanics; preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment and subassemblies; * Experience in personnel management; * Proficiency in Office suite; * NR33; NR35; NR11. * Ensure sustainability, preservation, and proper operation of machines, equipment, and facilities based on maintenance and production indicators, supervising and planning preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities during scheduled shutdowns or while equipment is operating, analyzing and diagnosing failures, promoting improvements and adaptations, defining spare parts inventory policies and backup equipment to ensure continuous production processes with consistent focus on quality, safety, and environment. * Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, assisting, supervising, and guiding the entire maintenance team in performing their tasks during planned shutdowns or while machinery is in operation, ensuring work quality, on-time execution within estimated costs, identifying and eliminating risks to people, machines, facilities, and the environment. * Manage costs by analyzing and evaluating annual budget allocations, requesting investments, and controlling monthly departmental expenses to optimize mechanical maintenance costs. * Drive development by researching new products and services applicable to mechanical maintenance, localizing components through technical evaluation and cost/benefit analysis to reduce maintenance costs, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure reliable availability of machines and equipment for production. 2509180202241539995
