Management of HR routines, including onboarding, offboarding, and vacation processing. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Main Responsibilities: Comprehensive payroll calculation (salaries, allowances, deductions, and reconciliations). Control and calculation of benefits and deductions according to internal policies. Preparation, completion, and management of employment contracts, addenda, and employee documents. Commission and bonus tracking, as well as internal recordkeeping. Benefits administration: transportation vouchers (VT), meal vouchers (VA), medical assistance, and other internal programs. Execution of HR routines: onboarding, offboarding, vacations, timekeeping, ancillary obligations, and internal support. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Prior experience in HR department routines. Knowledge of labor legislation and eSocial. Organizational skills, accountability, and confidentiality.
