Job Summary: Responsible for managing a business unit, equipment control, team supervision, and sales prospecting. Key Highlights: 1. Business unit management with autonomy 2. Strategic involvement with accountability for revenue **RESPONSIBILITIES** Responsible for managing one of the company's business units; Control and organize equipment and revenue; Supervise the technical team and plan service execution; Prospect and close sales, among other duties. **REQUIREMENTS** Technical or higher education preferred; **Solid experience in departmental management, team leadership, and sales;** **Availability for occasional short-term travel;** Driver's license category B preferred; Computer literacy; Must reside in Vale do Aço. **Additional Information** Compensation: Salary + commission after probation period (average total between R$ 5.500,00 and R$ 6.500,00) + transportation allowance + meal voucher (R$ 550,00) + health insurance + dental insurance + life insurance **(note: all benefits are fully covered by the company).** Working hours: Monday to Friday (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Location: Ipatinga.
