Job Summary: The purchaser will be responsible for quotations, negotiations with suppliers, purchasing materials and supplies, and ensuring quality and delivery deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and assurance of compliance with internal policies Purchaser Position Description: We are seeking a professional to work as a Purchaser in our company. The purchaser will be responsible for conducting quotations, negotiating with suppliers, purchasing materials and supplies required by the company, monitoring product receipt, and ensuring quality and delivery deadlines. Responsibilities: * Conduct quotations and negotiations with telecom material and service suppliers (fiber optic cables, network equipment, PPEs, tools, poles, racks, switches, OLTs, ONTs, etc.). * Develop and qualify suppliers, evaluating technical, commercial, and financial criteria. * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines. * Manage supply contracts and commercial agreements. * Monitor inventory levels jointly with the warehouse and technical departments. * Seek cost reduction and continuous improvement in procurement processes. * Analyze performance indicators (delivery time, cost, savings, service level). * Ensure compliance with internal policies and tax regulations. * Support technical departments (deployment, maintenance, and NOC) in material specifications. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in procurement, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** Negotiation techniques, Supplier management, Basic knowledge of taxation and tax procedures, Fundamental understanding of telecom materials and equipment, Intermediate/advanced Excel skills, ERP systems
