WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Monitor daily productivity of the external sales team through spreadsheets and control systems. * Report daily sales results to the Regional Coordinator. * Define operational routes for the external sales team, aligned with guidelines established jointly with the Regional Coordinator. * Supervise external sales representatives within your region, providing feedback, training, and development initiatives to ensure productivity and achievement of regional sales plan objectives. * Serve as the liaison between the Regional Coordinator and the sales team, ensuring effective communication of directives, results, and other operationally relevant information. * Occasionally participate in company-organized events, representing the brand, presenting products and services, and reinforcing the company’s institutional image.
