Responsibilities and Duties: Strategically, operationally, and humanely manage the unit to ensure commercial results, service excellence, team engagement, student retention, and reinforcement of Mr. Move culture. Operational Management * Ensure smooth unit operations (facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and organization) * Monitor staff schedules, working hours, and attendance * Ensure compliance with brand processes, policies, and standards * Manage supplies, maintenance, and operational needs Commercial Management * Track sales targets, renewals, upgrades, and retention rates * Train, develop, and supervise sales consultants * Design and implement local commercial strategies and campaigns * Analyze KPIs and propose corrective actions * Monitor conversion rates for visits, trial classes, and leads People Management * Lead, motivate, and develop the team (sales, instructors, reception, interns, cleaning staff, kids’ program staff) * Conduct feedback sessions, one-on-one meetings, and alignment meetings * Monitor performance, conduct, and organizational climate * Support hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes * Promote a culture of recognition and accountability Customer Experience * Ensure service excellence and strong relationships with students * Handle conflict resolution and sensitive requests * Monitor students at risk of dropping out * Maintain a welcoming, safe, and motivating environment
