




Description: * Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing; * Minimum 2 years of experience in team management roles; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule. * Manage the sales team in customer service, guiding them in performing their tasks to achieve established goals; * Monitor daily performance indicators and take action to ensure their achievement; * Ensure store stock replenishment by purchasing products from the franchisor and approved suppliers, guaranteeing the required product mix; * Generate files related to invoices in the appropriate system and submit them to the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service to comply with legal obligations; * Fulfill all tax obligations required by the controller's office; * Conduct and supervise (the team's) execution of e-learning training programs; * Manage store accounts and send them for payment; * Hold weekly meetings with the team, prepare meeting minutes, and post them on the Visual Management Board; * Ensure compliance with PEF standards, thereby ensuring satisfactory performance in the program; * Conduct the unit’s monthly inventory, monitor product expiration dates, and prevent product loss and margin erosion. 2512200202551929635
